Welcome to the FlyPro Affiliate Program. These Terms of Use govern your participation in the program and outline your rights, responsibilities, and limitations. By signing up and participating, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Complete KYC verification and provide accurate contact and bank information.
- Not have any criminal records
2. Referral and Commission Structure
You are eligible to earn:
- A commission of $5 for every referral who upgrades to a PRO plan (monthly, annual, or one-time). Earnings become eligible 30 days after the referred user's subscription upgrade. FlyPro reserves the right to disqualify referrals that appear fraudulent or do not meet the criteria.
- A commission of $0.10 for each referred customer who successfully uses FlyPro to plan and complete a trip using our itinerary service. Earnings become eligible two weeks after the trip's scheduled end date and passes our intelligent integrity check. FlyPro reserves the right to disqualify referrals that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or artificially generated.
Important Notes:
- Commissions are only valid if the referred user signs up using your unique referral code or link.
- Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are prohibited and will void commissions.
3. Payout Terms
- Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer once your balance reaches a minimum of $50.
- If you do not reach the minimum, your earnings will roll over to the next month.
- You are responsible for providing accurate bank/payment details.
- Payouts are only made after a referral's activity is verified and completed.
4. Use of Promotional Content
You may share your referral code or link via:
- Personal blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
- Email, direct messaging, or group chats (as long as it isn't spammy or misleading).
You may not:
- Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to promote your referral code.
- Impersonate FlyPro or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use offensive, misleading, or illegal content alongside FlyPro promotions.
5. Program Changes and Termination
FlyPro reserves the right to:
- Modify the commission structure or program terms at any time.
- Suspend or terminate any affiliate account found in violation of these terms or our general Terms of Service.
- Withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Notice of any major changes will be communicated via email or posted on our platform.
6. Account Termination and Disqualification
We may disqualify you from the program if:
- You engage in spamming, fraudulent behavior, or referral abuse.
- You attempt to game the system with fake sign-ups or bots.
- You violate any part of these Terms of Use or FlyPro's general policies.
7. Disclaimer
Participation in the FlyPro Affiliate Program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and FlyPro. You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable local tax laws regarding your earnings.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
By participating in the FlyPro Affiliate Program, you agree to all of the above terms. If you do not agree, you should not enroll or continue in the program.
