You may cancel a FlyPro subscription and request a refund before the service has been started or delivered, subject to the terms below:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before service delivery has begun.
FlyPro does not control or issue refunds and cancellations for airline tickets, visa processing support, hotel bookings, or travel insurance purchased via third-party. In the case of a cancelled trip/experience we booked on customer's behalf due to unforeseen reasons, we would assist to engage third-party providers for cancellation and possible refunds based on terms and conditions respectively.
