FlyPro Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 23rd, 2025 (Refunds) | May 5th, 2025 (Cancellations)

At FlyPro, we're committed to providing travelers with powerful tools and personalized services that make planning easier, faster, and smarter. While all of our core tools are free to use, we offer paid services that unlock additional premium features. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund on FlyPro service fees if:

  • A technical issue on our platform prevented the premium service from being delivered.
  • You were billed incorrectly or charged more than once.

Note: Refunds apply only to FlyPro premium access fees. This does not include service booking fees such as custom experiences, third-party bookings, or related charges. For those, the third-party provider’s terms and conditions apply.

Refund Process
  1. Submit a Request: Email [email protected] with your order number, the service in question, and a brief reason for your request.
  2. Review Time: We review all refund requests within 5 business days.
  3. Decision Notification: You’ll receive an email with the outcome of your request.
  4. Processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within7–10 business days.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting FlyPro first, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We strongly encourage direct communication to ensure a fair and timely outcome.

Service Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel a FlyPro subscription and request a refund before the service has been started or delivered, under the following conditions:

Cancellable Services (if unused):
  • Itinerary Planning: No new itinerary was generated after payment.
  • Country Facts Lookup: No country facts or recommendations were viewed post-payment.
  • Any other functionality that has usage limitations for free users.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before service delivery has begun.

Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Services:
  • Services already delivered or partially completed
  • Bookings already processed
  • Subscription renewals that have already been charged

How to Cancel a Service

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. If eligible, we'll confirm your cancellation within 3 business days
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Third-Party Bookings (Flights, Hotels, etc.)

FlyPro does not issue refunds or cancellations for airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa support, or insurance purchased via third parties. In cases where FlyPro assisted in such bookings, we will help you communicate with the third-party provider to determine applicable cancellation and refund options.
