Cancellation Policy

At FlyPro, we're committed to providing travelers with powerful tools and personalized services that make planning easier, faster, and smarter. Below is our policy regarding cancellations of these services.

Service Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel a FlyPro subscription and request a refund before the service has been started or delivered, subject to the terms below:

Cancellable Services (if unused):
  • Itinerary Planning - No new itinerary was generated after such payment.
  • Country Facts Lookup - No new country facts and recommendations lookup was initiated after such payment.
  • Or any other functionality that has Limitations for FREE users.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before service delivery has begun.

Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Services:
  • Any service already delivered, started, or partially completed
  • Bookings already processed
  • Subscription fees after renewal date (if applicable)

How to Cancel a Service

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If eligible, we'll confirm your cancellation within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Flight, Hotel, or Third-Party Cancellations

FlyPro does not control or issue refunds and cancellations for airline tickets, visa processing support, hotel bookings, or travel insurance purchased via third-party. In the case of a cancelled trip/experience we booked on customer's behalf due to unforeseen reasons, we would assist to engage third-party providers for cancellation and possible refunds based on terms and conditions respectively.
