How do I create an account?

To sign up, download the FlyPro app from the App Store or Play Store, or visit the FlyPro website and click on "Sign In." You can register using your email address or sign in with Google or Apple.

Click "Sign In" at the top-right corner of the website, or simply use the mobile app to access your account.

How do I complete KYC verification?

Go to Settings > Complete KYC, fill in your details, and submit the required documents to get verified.

Planning Your Trip

How do I search for destinations?

On the homepage, click the AI Itinerary Generator icon . You'll be redirected to the city/country search page where you can select the destination you’d like to explore.

What is AVA?

AVA is FlyPro's smart travel assistant, designed to simplify your trip, not overwhelm it. Unlike most generic AI chatbots that drown you in endless prompts and robotic conversations, AVA gets straight to the point.

Simply share your travel preferences and destination, and AVA will recommend personalized places and activities for your trip, no stress, no fluff.

Think of AVA as your chill, intuitive travel buddy—not just another chatbot.

Managing Itineraries

How do I generate an itinerary?

Use the AI Itinerary Generator, select your destination, input your travel dates and budget, choose your interests, and AVA will build a personalized itinerary for you.

Can I edit my itinerary?

Yes. After generation, you can add or remove places, adjust travel dates, include more destinations, update your interests, leave personal notes, and select your preferred itinerary view.

Can I get booking assistance?

Yes. Our human agents are available to assist you with any booking-related inquiries. This is available for PRO users only.

How do I share my itinerary?

Click "Share" to generate a shareable link. Choose a visibility option (Private or Public), enter the email addresses of who you'd like to share it with (for Private), or simply copy the link to share it manually.

Can I download my itinerary?

Yes. Click "Download" to save a PDF version for offline or printable copy.

Experiences

What is the Experience Shop?

The Experience Shop lets you browse destinations and discover curated activities across categories like Food, Culture, Nightlife, and more. Whether you're planning your next trip or just exploring what’s available in a specific location, it’s a great way to get inspired. Final bookings are securely completed through our trusted partner, Viator.

How do I find things to do in a specific place?

Click "Experience" on the navigation bar to explore curated activities by country. You can also apply filters to narrow down your search.

Can I save my favorite experiences?

Yes! Tap the bookmark icon to save any experience you love and revisit it anytime. As you bookmark and save experiences, AVA learns your preferences and uses them to build itineraries tailored to your interests.

Account & Preferences

Where can I update my profile and settings?

Go to Settings to manage your profile, travel preferences, screen mode, and account details.

How does FlyPro use my travel preferences?

Your preferences help AVA, our smart travel assistant, deliver personalized travel recommendations just for you.

Can I contact support?

Yes. Go to Settings > Help & Support to message us directly.
