It is required to access visa assistance, agent-managed applications, and certain premium bookings. To complete KYC: go to Settings › Complete KYC, upload the required documents (passport, proof of address), and submit. Most verifications are completed within a few hours.

Enter your passport nationality and destination country. Our AI engine cross-references 195+ country visa databases to instantly show you whether you need a visa, can get one on arrival, or qualify for visa-free access — along with the specific requirements.

Yes. For countries where we support assisted applications, you can connect with a verified travel agent directly on the platform. The agent handles documentation, submission, and tracking. This feature is available to PRO subscribers.

Tap the AI Itinerary icon on the home screen. Select your destination, enter your travel dates and daily budget, choose your interests (food, culture, nightlife, adventure, etc.), and tap Generate. AVA will build your itinerary in seconds.

Absolutely. After generation you can add or remove places, adjust dates, swap activities, add personal notes, and choose your preferred view (list, map, or calendar). You can also regenerate specific days without losing the rest.
